Accept an invitation to a company
Join an existing workspace using the invitation link and the right account.

Before you start
You need the invitation email and a verified GoodCompany account with that exact email address. Joining an existing company gives you its assigned role; it does not make you the owner or require you to buy that company’s plan yourself.
Accept the invitation
- Open the invitation link. Choose Sign in or Create an account if needed, using the invited email address.
- Complete email verification if requested, then return to the invitation link.
- Check Signed in as. If it is the wrong address, sign out and sign in with the invited account.
- Choose Accept invitation. Check the company name when the workspace opens.
Check access and recover
The company should now be available in your company selector. If a page or record is missing, ask the inviter to check both your role and the item’s sharing settings.
An invalid or expired invitation needs a fresh invitation from the company. If email verification is required, finish that before trying the invitation again. Do not forward your invitation for someone else to use.
