What does business management software for a solo business include?

GoodCompany brings email, tasks, clients, projects, documents, invoices and transactions into one workspace. Sidekick is an AI assistant that can use your company’s context. Solo is designed for one person running one company.

Is GoodCompany suitable for freelancers and self-employed professionals?

Yes. It fits service businesses where client conversations lead to projects, documents, tasks and payments. You can start with one mailbox and one client project, then add the parts you need.

Can I keep my existing email address?

Yes. Connect Google, Microsoft or a compatible IMAP/SMTP mailbox. Solo includes two connected mailboxes. You can keep the address your clients already know.

Does Solo include calendar sync and live bank feeds?

Google and Microsoft calendar sync is included on Solo. Live bank feeds are available on Team and Agency. Solo includes bank statement PDF imports, with a review step before accepting extracted information. LunchFlow live bank feeds require a separate provider subscription.

Can I try GoodCompany before choosing a paid plan?

Eligible new companies can start a 14-day Solo trial. The plan card shows the current Solo price, excluding VAT. You can review the plan options and manage your subscription from Settings → Billing.

What happens when I hire someone?

You can move to Team or Agency when you need more seats or capacity. Your work stays in the same company workspace, so you can grow from the context you already have.
