1. Using GoodCompany
GoodCompany brings together clients, projects, milestones, tasks, correspondence, calendars, financial records, documents and Sidekick AI assistance. The service is intended for professional and business use by adults. It is not a bank, an accountant or a legal adviser. Access to individual features depends on your plan, role and configured integrations.
2. Accounts and workspace access
- Give accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
- Only accept these terms or create a workspace for a business you are authorised to represent. Workspace owners manage membership, roles, billing and company settings.
- Mailbox and conversation sharing settings affect visibility. Information extracted into company records, tasks, events or documents may be accessible to other authorised workspace members even when the source mailbox or conversation is private. Review sharing before importing confidential information.
- You are responsible for the permissions and lawful basis needed to upload content, connect accounts, share records and contact recipients. Do not connect another person's account without authority.
3. Content and instructions
You retain your rights in your content. You authorise us and the service providers described in our privacy documents to host, transmit, display and process it to deliver the features you use. The data processing agreement governs personal data processed for your business. Do not upload sensitive personal information unless you have assessed its necessity, have a valid legal basis and have agreed appropriate safeguards with us.
4. Integrations, automation and AI
Connecting a mailbox enables ongoing import and background processing, not just a one-time preview. AI can classify correspondence, extract financial and business information, suggest or create linked tasks and events, and build search embeddings. Sidekick can use relevant workspace records and uploaded images to answer questions and use tools. Where a feature offers a confirmation step, check the proposed action before approving it. Calendar changes can be written back to the connected provider. Mail can be sent through the connected account after the send delay shown in the app; cancellation is available only while it is still queued.
AI requests pass through OpenRouter and downstream providers. We do not train general-purpose models on your workspace content. The app requires non-collection and zero-retention inference routing; this does not replace provider contracts or control separate web-search services. AI can make mistakes, miss information or produce inaccurate output. Check amounts, dates, recipients, attachments, suggested matches and actions before relying on them. You remain responsible for business decisions and statutory records.
Third-party services have their own terms, availability and permission controls. Disconnecting an integration stops future access through that connection but does not necessarily erase imported records or cancel your contract with that provider. Our privacy policy explains the different deletion controls.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, send spam or use connected accounts to bypass provider restrictions.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or misuse other workspaces' data.
- We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect the service or comply with law. We will explain the restriction where lawful and practicable.
6. Prices, renewal and cancellation
The checkout and Settings → Billing show your selected plan, monthly or annual billing period, currency, tax treatment, limits, additional seats, credits and any discount. Subscriptions renew for the selected period unless cancelled before renewal. Annual pricing is charged for the year as shown at checkout. Trials, promotions and credits follow the conditions shown when offered; do not assume a discount continues after its stated period.
Plan and seat changes may be immediate, prorated or scheduled for renewal as shown before confirmation. Cancel in Settings → Billing; access normally continues to the end of the paid period shown there. Cancellation stops renewal and does not delete your account or company data. Failed payments may restrict access after the grace period displayed in the app. Ask about disputed charges or refunds through Billing or our contact address. Refund eligibility follows the purchase terms and mandatory law; a request is not automatic approval. Nothing here removes mandatory statutory rights.
7. Export, deletion and ending service
Authorised owners can request a workspace export in Settings → Privacy, subject to access controls for private records. Export what you need before deleting a company. Company deletion removes its live database records and initiates removal of company files; it is distinct from cancelling a subscription. Account deletion has a 30-day cancellation period and does not erase the other members' company records. A sole owner must first transfer ownership or delete the company. Recovery copies, legal records and retained third-party copies follow the privacy policy and applicable law.
You may end your use at any time, subject to unpaid fees and the selected subscription period. We may terminate for material breach or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Where lawful and technically possible, we will give a reasonable opportunity to export before terminating access. This does not create a recovery window after you intentionally delete data.
8. Availability, support and liability
We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI, or a service level not separately agreed in writing. Support and complaints: info@leveloper.io. Keep independent copies of records you must retain. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the service fees paid by your business during the preceding twelve months. We exclude indirect losses and lost profits to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including intentional misconduct, or restrict data subjects' statutory rights.
9. Changes and governing law
Hungarian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot be excluded. We will notify customers of material contractual changes before they take effect and explain any choices required. New data uses requiring consent will not be authorised merely by posting a revised policy.
