MADE FOR SMALL TEAMS

Small team.
Same big picture.

Good work shouldn’t depend on who remembers the last conversation. Bring your people, client projects and next steps together, so everyone can pick up the work with the context they need.

Team includes up to 5 people. One shared company workspace.

GOOD WORK. GOOD COMPANY.
Three small-business teammates discussing a project handoff around a laptop and notes at an oak table.
For teams that do a lot together.Less catching up. More moving forward.

Make handoffs clearer.

Keep the client conversation close to the task you pass on.

Give work an owner.

Assign tasks, organize board columns and make dates, checklists and blocked work visible.

See progress together.

Bring project milestones and upcoming work into view.

FROM “WHO’S ON THIS?” TO A CLEAR NEXT STEP

Pass the work.
Keep the context.

A shared task list is only part of the story. Your team also needs the client email, the right document and the reason behind the deadline.

Take a look inside the workspace
  1. 01

Bring the request into the picture.

Keep connected mailbox conversations alongside the client and project. The person picking up the work can find the details behind it, subject to their access.

The request → the whole conversation
  2. 02

    Make responsibility visible.

Assign tasks to teammates and organize them through inbox, active, waiting and done. Add comments and linked documents so a handoff has something useful behind it.

An owner → a clear next action
  3. 03

    Come back to shared progress.

Follow project milestones, upcoming meetings and completed tasks. Review what still needs attention without asking everyone to rebuild a status update from scratch.

    Shared context → visible progress

GOOD QUESTIONS

Good questions. Clear answers.

What makes GoodCompany useful for a small team?

It connects communication, client relationships, tasks, projects, documents and financial context. Instead of using a task list in isolation, teammates can find the information behind the work and see how it fits into the project.

Can we assign tasks and track their status?

Yes. Assign tasks to members, add comments and follow work through inbox, active, waiting and done. Tasks can carry links to the emails and documents that give them context.

How many people are included in Team?

Team includes up to five seats, five connected mailboxes, ten bank accounts and 25 GB of document storage, plus a €40 monthly AI allowance. Agency adds capacity for up to fifteen people.

Does every team member see everything?

Access depends on member roles, permissions and visibility settings. GoodCompany supports permission-controlled areas and scoped records, so access should be configured to fit your team’s responsibilities.

Can we connect Google or Microsoft calendars?

Yes. Google and Microsoft calendar sync are included on Solo, Team and Agency. Authorize the accounts you want to connect from the Calendar page inside your workspace.

Is there a free Team trial?

Team is a paid plan; its current price is shown above, excluding VAT. Eligible new companies can explore the single-person Solo workspace with a 14-day Solo trial before choosing a plan. That trial does not include Team-only capabilities.
