Read the recap and today’s priorities

  1. Open a completed workspace. After its opening day, the recap can appear on your first visit of a new company day. It may wait while another dialog or editor is active.
  2. Use Daily recap in the workspace menu to open it yourself. On mobile, open More first.
  3. Review Your next steps, Still ahead today and emails flagged for reply when available. These sections help you choose work for today.
  4. Read Yesterday, brought together. for the previous day’s activity. Use Previous day and Next day to inspect other completed days within the available range.
  5. Open a task, event, email or summary tile to check the underlying record, or choose Let’s make today count to close the recap.

Open it again

  1. On mobile or tablet, open More. On desktop, use the sidebar.
  2. Choose Daily recap. Reopening it does not add another day to your streak.

What the numbers mean

The history section covers the selected completed calendar day in the company timezone, starting with yesterday. It shows workspace activity visible to you, not just your own work. Transactions use their booking date, exclude marked internal transfers and keep currencies separate. Emails use their sent/received timestamp, so importing older mail does not turn it into yesterday’s activity. Calendar counts describe scheduled events, not attendance.

Task and milestone completions use recorded status changes and include items still marked done when you open the recap. Counts can change as records sync or work is reopened. The recap is not a frozen accounting report.

Your return streak

The streak counts consecutive calendar days you visit this workspace. It is personal to your account and stored across browsers and devices. Missing a day starts a new streak on your next visit; it does not change your tasks or company data. A quiet day is fine—you can close the recap at any time.

If the recap is missing or cannot load

The recap needs a completed workspace and shows only the sections your permissions allow. It does not automatically open on the day the workspace is created. If a load error appears, choose Try again; you can still open the relevant workspace page directly.

Today’s priorities and the selected past day answer different questions. Check the displayed date and company timezone before comparing totals. Reopening or browsing an older recap does not add a visit on that earlier date.

Labels use the English interface. Available pages and actions depend on your company, plan and permissions.
