Start in the intended company

You need membership in the company you want to open. Your role controls which pages and actions appear. A missing page is not proof that the company has no records there.

Choose a page or company

  1. Check the company name before reading or changing records.
  2. Use the sidebar on desktop. On a smaller screen, use the bottom navigation and More to reach the rest of the workspace.
  3. Choose Dashboard for the overview, Inbox, Calendar or Tasks for daily work, and Clients or Leads for relationships. Settings contains company, account and connection controls.
  4. To switch, open Active company and choose the destination. On a compact screen, use Switch company to reveal the selector.
  5. Wait for the transition, then verify the company name and refreshed records. Detail pages from the previous company close instead of opening that record in the destination.

Keep setup and today’s work within reach

Setup guide helps you return to unfinished setup and connections. Daily recap opens the recap again; Background AI shows queued and running work. These controls do not finish a task or import merely by opening them.

If the destination cannot open

Read the switching error and use its offered retry. If the company is not listed, check that you accepted its invitation with the correct account. If a page or record is unavailable, ask a person managing Members to check your role and any resource sharing. Save or copy unsaved editor work before changing company.

Labels use the English interface. Available pages and actions depend on your company, plan and permissions.
