Create or sign in to your account

  1. Choose Create an account if you are new. Enter your email and a password of at least 10 characters, read the terms and privacy notice, select the agreement checkbox and choose Create account.
  2. Open the verification email and follow its link. If the signed-in workspace asks you to verify, use Resend email when needed, then check your inbox and spam folder.
  3. For an existing account, use Sign in with its email and password, or the available Google or Microsoft option you normally use.
  4. Complete two-step verification when requested. Provider sign-in and connecting a mailbox are separate actions.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page choose Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your account email and choose Send reset link. The confirmation does not reveal whether the address has an account.
  3. Open the reset email within its stated validity, enter a new password of at least 10 characters and choose Save password.
  4. Sign in again. A completed reset ends existing signed-in sessions; two-step verification still applies.

Recognize success

A successful reset returns you to sign-in. A successful verification page confirms that your email is verified. When signed in, Settings → Profile shows your current login email.

If a link or sign-in fails

Check the email spelling and use a fresh link if the page reports an expired or used link. Verification resend may ask you to wait if one was sent recently. If sign-in is temporarily limited after repeated attempts, wait for the displayed restriction instead of repeatedly trying.

If your account uses Google or Microsoft, try that sign-in option. Once signed in, you can set a password in Settings → Profile. Password reset does not replace an authenticator or recover a lost two-step verification code; follow the two-step verification article.
