Set language and notifications

  1. Open Settings → Security, choose the interface language and number/date format, then save.
  2. Under Push notifications, set Calendar reminders, Tasks and Lead follow-ups for the active company.
  3. For new-mail alerts and sounds, use Settings → Mailboxes. For email notices, use Settings → Company → Emails.
  4. If a push alert is missing, also check that your browser and device allow notifications.

End a signed-in session

  1. Review Active sessions, including the browser, device and last-active information.
  2. Choose Sign out beside another session to end it, or Sign out other devices to end all other sessions together. Check that the removed sessions disappear.
  3. To leave this browser session, use Sign out in the workspace navigation. Keep recovery codes accessible before signing out if your authenticator is unavailable.

Sessions and trusted computers are different

Signing out a session ends its current access. It does not promise to clear every remembered-computer grant used for two-step verification. If a device is lost, review sessions and the authenticator-replacement instructions; replacing the authenticator clears earlier remembered-computer grants.

Dates, currencies and delivery

Formatting changes the way dates and numbers look; it does not convert amounts. The reporting currency is in Settings → Company. Saving a notification preference does not guarantee delivery when browser permission, provider availability or a connection prevents it.

Labels use the English interface. Available pages and actions depend on your company, plan and permissions.
