Step by step
- Open Settings → Accounts and check the active company.
- For statement imports, choose Add account manually and enter the account name, currency and optional IBAN.
- For an available live feed, choose Connect a bank and complete the provider’s consent flow.
- Return to Accounts and inspect the linked accounts, connection status and last sync.
- Open Transactions and choose the new account to inspect the imported records.
- If updates stop, read the connection error and use Sync now, Reconnect or Renew consent as offered.
Plans and provider availability
Live bank feeds are a Team or Agency feature and depend on the available provider connection. Lunch Flow requires its own subscription, billed separately from GoodCompany. Review the provider’s current connection and subscription terms before authorizing. PDF statements can be used without a live feed. Current GoodCompany prices and account capacity are shown in Settings → Billing.
If a feed stops updating
Read the connection’s last error and consent status. Use Sync now, Reconnect or Renew consent as offered. Disconnecting a connection leaves its accounts and imported history listed. A feed that is not enabled on the installation does not stop you using statement PDFs.
Check the result
The selected account should appear in transaction filters. Live feeds require an eligible plan and provider setup; PDF statements can be used without them.
Before connecting and after syncing
You need bank-account creation or editing permission for the corresponding action. Check the provider account, currency and consent details before connecting. After the sync, compare the latest bank bookings with Transactions. A successful connection does not mean every historic statement was imported.
