Change your analytics choice

  1. Open Settings → Privacy and choose Manage privacy choices.
  2. Read whether optional analytics is enabled on this website.
  3. Choose Essential only, or Allow analytics when offered. Essential storage remains necessary for sign-in and preferences.
  4. Reopen the choices later if you want to change them. Optional website analytics is separate from using Sidekick or importing email.

Allow support to inspect an access problem

  1. As the company owner, open Temporary support access for the intended company.
  2. Read the scope, choose Allow for one hour and confirm only if you want support to view your account and the data available to you, including connected Google content. Support access is read-only: support cannot change settings, members, roles, integrations, billing or data, and cannot export it.
  3. Check Allowed until. Access is time limited and logged; this control does not send the support request itself.
  4. Choose Stop support access when the inspection is no longer needed.

Limits and problems

This consent covers the owner’s account and accessible data, not other members’ private accounts. Do not send passwords or recovery codes to explain an issue. A read-only workspace prevents a new support-access grant, but you can still choose Stop support access to revoke an existing grant. Granting access does not promise an immediate response or resolution.
