Identify the reason

Read the workspace notice and Settings → Billing. Changes can be restricted because no plan was chosen, a trial ended, a payment failed and its grace period ended, a subscription ended, or the workspace was paused. Your role still controls what you can see.

Resolve the displayed state

  1. Open Settings → Billing and check the status for the active company.
  2. For a missing plan or trial ended state, ask the owner to select a paid plan.
  3. For a failed payment, the owner can use Manage payment method. Review the displayed grace date and resolve the payment problem.
  4. For a paused workspace or unavailable payment setup, contact support with the displayed message.
  5. After payment or access is resolved, refresh Billing and check that the restriction has cleared before retrying your original action.

Taking data with you

Browsing remains subject to your permissions. Owners and admins with the required company permissions can start and download a company archive while the workspace is read-only. The accountant export remains subject to its own permission. Leaving the company, disconnecting integrations, cancelling pending email and stopping support access also remain available, subject to their normal access checks. If an export is unexpectedly blocked, contact support before deleting anything.

A disabled action can have another cause

A missing permission, full capacity or unavailable provider can block one feature even when the plan is active. Follow the specific error. A plan change is not a reliable way to stop every existing background integration; use the connection’s controls when you intend to disconnect it.

Labels use the English interface. Available pages and actions depend on your company, plan and permissions.
