Find the capacity you need
- Open Settings → Billing → Workspace usage and identify the limit: members, mailboxes, bank accounts, storage or AI allowance.
- Read the used amount and current allowance. Members and unexpired invitations both reserve a seat.
- Use the relevant resource link to review usage. Cancel obsolete invitations or remove only records/connections you no longer need, after checking their deletion effects.
- Ask the owner to compare a larger plan or the available add-on. Recheck the usage and purchase status before retrying the blocked action.
Add or reduce seats
Extra seats require an active paid plan and use a separate monthly subscription. An increase applies now and is prorated. Decreases take effect at the end of the seat period; existing members and pending invitations determine the minimum you can keep. Review the seat preview before confirming.
Add AI credit
The owner can buy the one-time AI top-up shown in Billing after entering billing details. Read its current price and credit amount before checkout, then check the updated balance. Top-up credit has no scheduled expiry, but does not make an expired subscription writable, add storage or unlock a plan-gated integration.
When capacity and processing disagree
Different limits solve different problems: buying seats does not fix storage or AI allowance. A storage-limit error asks you to remove files or upgrade before retrying. Download anything you need before deleting it. Company archives and GoodCompany billing documents are handled separately from workspace storage capacity. If reported usage or a plan restriction looks wrong, contact support with the displayed message.
